I started working with Ana Carolina in 2019 and since then I have been able to adopt healthier habits such as relaxation, self-care and breathing management to manage my stress in my daily life and to have more energy in my routine as a sports teacher and athlete. The diet also made all the difference. I stopped eating meat and eliminated alcohol and any type of drug from my life, in addition to the fundamental management of emotions. With this, having focus and disposition in my daily life has also become much easier. The change in habits and behaviors were the foundation that allowed the techniques she teaches to act as the icing on the cake. Today I have much more clarity about my goals and values in life and much more willingness to work, enjoy life and be with friends and loved ones.
